2. Regarding Shipping Insurance – One case from Macau, SAR — Sept. 5, 2011 

In year 2011, one Macau (China) place an order of incinerator, model SYC-30. This order under CIF business term and the carton ship via Hongkong port. Our shipping agent inform us there is a accident at Hongkong when download & upload, but we donot know details. After we know this news and inform our Macau customer immediately and ask him check carefully when accept carton. Unfortunately, customer accept carton before check it. After they open the carton, there is some damage of the small incinerators for sell, small incinerators united states, small insenerator for sale, small lab incinerator, small light oil burner, small marine incinerator, equipment. Under this kind of situation, insurance company cannot indemnify because customer accept carton and sign document. 
Customers should know that buyer bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods from the time they have passed the ship’s rail at the named port of shipment. We proposal apply All Risks insurance under each contract. When buyer pickup goods at local site, must inspect carefully. If any damage happened under insurance policy, buyer should inform insurance company and Clover Medical Limited immediately. We will provide necessary assistance.
