Shenhua Group implemented capital increase and share expansion in Ningxia Coal Industry Group, and once again strategically reorganized into Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company, with a registered capital of 10.03 billion yuan, of which Shenhua Group 51% and the autonomous region government 49%.

The group company has 17 functional management departments and currently has 46 second-level production and operation units. There are 14 pairs of production mines, 6 pairs of mines under construction, 3 coal washing plants, 23 units of transportation and sales, materials, coal chemical industry, energy engineering, well construction, installation, information technology, and property services, with 56,000 employees.
