RE: New Notice of Intent to Sue EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The NOI is filed pursuant to the Clean Air Act for failure to adopt a federal implementation plan to address deficiencies in state implementation plan revisions for meeting the 1997, 2006, and 2012 national ambient air quality standards for fine particulate matter in the San Joaquin Valley, California. This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
