The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The NOI is filed pursuant to the Clean Air Act regarding EPA’s failure to make findings of failure to submit for 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standard nonattainment areas state implementation plans. This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
