RE: New Notice of Intent to Sue EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The NOI is filed pursuant to the Clean Air Act and alleges that EPA has unreasonably delayed in reconsidering the final action entitled “Approval and Promulgation of State Implementation Plan Revisions; Infrastructure Requirements for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards; Colorado and North Dakota”. This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
